no idea. I bought this with the speakers, I wanted the speakers. I think it depends more if your car has the harness in the vehicle going under the passenger seat.

I know you probably don't know, but if anyone does I will take it today. I have a 06 passat w/dynaudio I just looked under the seat its the old bigger black one with black fins. The drivers door ch likes to cut off from time to time. If anyone could tell me if its the same plugs/wiring I will send you paypal today.

I've done no research BUT
1. This is from a 2010 GTI which only had 300 watts. Your Passat has 600 so it's pretty certain it's not the same amp. But you could get the part number off yours and match it to the number he listed in his post to confirm.
2. Did you check the B6 forum for a TSB related to Dynaudio cutting out? I recall a TSB about a wire grounding out over time. You should definitely check that before you buy an amp.

Passat B6 amps and mkVI Dynaudio amps are not compatible. If they were, I would have bought OP's a long time ago.
