11.11 does indeed produce a warning for this, because it got real old explaining why various modules were rejecting codings when one or more of those fields (WSC, Importer Number, or Equipment Number) were left with nothing but 0's in them. You should have 3 choices at that point:
[Yes] to put in some default values
[No] to leave everything as is
[Cancel] to manually edit the values
Since you know for a fact that this module doesn't object to the 000 in the Importer Number field, you can click [No] and VCDS will try to make the coding change with the existing WSC/Importer/Equipment combination/
