It's nice except the lower front corners. Those creases/vents look out of place.

Ugly. Looks like an overstylized California.

Some interesting shapes going on. I don't think it's ugly, but I don't think it's all that hot either.

Looks pretty good. I just wish the interiors weren't so racecarey.

It looks nice but extremely underwhelming. Like the front of an FF with the sides of a California. If its supposed to be the most powerful Ferrari I was hoping they'd be a little wilder and unconventional with the styling, like with the F40, Enzo, FXX. If you put that F620 in a lineup with the rest of their fleet there is nothing to distinguish that car as the top of the line, it looks like an average Ferrari.

The cars below, they aren't pretty (except the F40) but you know just by looking at them that they'd kick the ass of the other Ferrari offerings at the time. I think they are being too safe with this one.

Ferrari's are now styled by the wind tunnel.

Not a great first impression. I'll wait for some high quality pics before passing judgment, however.

Regardless, my front-engine Ferrari of choice would be one of these.

Those Ferraris you're talking about are anniversary Ferraris and they're made to look super sporty. Half their cars have always been tame looking playboy sports cars.

I like the F620. It's nice. Not great, but not ugly, either.

What a goofy looking face on it. The Italia is the only really stunning Ferrari, IMO.

    Aventador however is

  17. 02-24-2012 01:24 PM #52
Like with most modern supercars(excluding Aventador) I'm not really impressed by the looks.

You have to put it in context though. This is the latest Ferrari, and it's their latest F:R offering. When they decided to build another super exotic like the F## whatever, it's probably going to blow everything else away.

I think we need to merge the threads.. If only there were a mod who knew how to do that for us....

I see what you mean. Since its being branded as the most powerful I thought it was in that super exotic class.

    Too tame.

    Still prefer the Aventador.

Well it's a pretty simple divide, really.

    FR cars look more traditional
    MR cars look more exotic

This is a FR car, so it's never going to look as exotic as the MR cited examples since they are all MR cars. It's not even a V8 versus V12 issue. The examples given were V12, but the flat-12 512TR, or the V8 308/328/348/355/430/458 all look exotic too. Again, all MR cars.

Official reveal is on 2/29. Anything you see until then is speculation/photoshop. The silver one looks like it could be a design mockup, but who knows.

What I've noticed with the FF and the F620 is that they're giving it a similar smiley-grille treatment as they did with the 275 GTB.

I dont like the direction of Ferrari headlights.

They look like a crack wh@re's gang-banged stretched out cooch.

What next, stretch it out up the A pillar and over the roof like a bald man's comb over?
