Which BMW has the ugliest face?

X1 is actually OK, the others are hideous.

Actually, the 1-series oddly doesn't look too bad in that picture. Maybe the white kidneys (and other white bits) plus the Valencia orange color sorta go with the slightly odd styling. At least it has character and its own style (also compared to other BMW models). A helluva lot more exciting design than the new A3 which is just current and old Audi design cues stitched together. *yawn*

You know, I'm not crazy about the A3 and the Audi fan "clean styling" line is tired but when I look at the 1-Series...in this instance, I have to say that an A3 is refreshing to look at in comparison.

The X1 looks OK in person, and has quite attractive lease rates, even in Canuckstan. The interior is more cramped than an CX5, and from what I had remembered the 8spd autotragic is standard on the x1.

To stay on topic, I'm going to vote the 1-series.
I loved the 1-series hatch when it first came out. It looks phenomenal with the M-Sport package.
It's like they pulled an Acura with the 1 series. From the beautiful 3g TL-S to the abomination that we get now.

Longtime BMW fan and driver (learned how to drive on a 3er), but BMWs have gotten uglier and uglier (esp. up front).

Can toss in the new 3 Series to the mix as well as the new X3 (which is worse than the X1) and it's not like the front of the 5 and 7 Series aren't lookers either.

It's a darn shame b/c they finally go the interior quality up to where it should be for their lower end models (3 Series, X3) - so BMW addressed that issue.

Don't see anything wrong with the face of the X1. The side profile is what makes it ugly, IMO.

As for the 1er, the whole front piece is what makes is ugly. Hopefully the aftermarket will be able to solve that issue.

I can't stand the new BMW front ends (though the X1 really isn't bad IMO).

The kidneys just need some kind of bumper-y thing or contrast rub-strip underneath them or they're super goofy looking.
