Considering the trunk will need to be completely replaced, you might want to drop the price. Not trying to flame, just a suggestion from another 20th lover.

Yea that price isn't firm at all, that's why this is more of a feeler. Definitely appreciate the honesty. I also have the estimate on paper so I know how much it would cost to repair.

additionally, I have the rear wiper blade on the way so that is also going to be fixed shortly.
so 2/3 of the "major" problems I listed in the original post are going to be fixed shortly.
