Tuners @ events question

Is it common for the chip flasher's to have sales on their product at these events to get chipped that day etc?

Am just wondering if i should hold off on it till summertime and kill two birds with one stone

There will be chip tuners there but I do not know what kind of specials they will be running. Go to our FB page to see who is coming and maybe contact them direct to see if they have discounts available on the day of the show?
