We should link this into the Mk5 R32 and Mk6 Golf R forum?? Or are we trying to limit numbers? I have a mk5 R btw.

I think that's a pretty good idea. At least the mk5 guys. So we can keep the .:R33 sound consistent.

i'm 99% down... might have a stupid bachelor party that weekend for a good buddy, its going to be way lame, between the strippers, and it being in vegas and all... dates still up in the air, and there is talk of it being that weekend, but not likely... so count me 99% in.

I'm up for this as well. My car drove Pikes Peak, this should do nicely for the east coast. Always wanted to do the drive to Mt washington. A few things might keep me like that 6am departure ouch But I'm down. Might just go to CT friday night.

Me three ....I hate to do it guys, but this isn't looking too promising. I think the car will be "done", but I'm not too confident about such a long journey right off the rip. I'm just hoping to put some miles on it and build my confidence back up so I can make it to DOTB's early Sept....

so it appears that Cspence is out. If this the case it seems that this gtg is a bust since he was organizing it.

Was anyone else planning on going?

I have a few local Rs that were looking forward to this but not sure if we will do our own thing or not? looking to see if anyone else was planning to still attend and if anyone else had any set plans for the gtg such as roads, itinerary, etc.

Some one step up and lead this gtg! Sorry for the let down guys. When I organized this, I never in a million years thought I'd have my car torn apart and the SC going in already. So for me, on one hand it sucks that I can't go, but on the other, I'm excited that my car is getting blown well before I thought it would.

I still plan on going, but I was going to leave after the group departed from Mt Washington. Should we make a new attendance list?
