well got the car back from the dealer last week, they gave lenghy explanations about my conerns, such as the pressures of the a/c system, being too high, recovered some fluid. they claimed he replaced some bolts for the rattle, its worse now...they are blamming the misfires on "commbustion and poor fuel". but they were nice enough to replace the trunk hinges and lube it up so it would open all the way, which it does sometimes now.

this is not the end of it as there is clearly something wrong with the car i get a massive power loss at around 3k rpm with or without the misfires because of the throttle body closing for some reason. waiting to hear back from vwoa on the issue.

i've also ordered a 2nd trunk grocery hook, and also another set of LED tail lights.

Awesome! Where did you find a Votex lip for $70, if you don't mind me asking? Because that is, in fact, a steal

picked these up for $69 shipped. the second one is messed from a sunglass holder or something. but it doesnt matter anyway since i'm going to be stealing the connector to make a wire harness for the homelink visor so i don't have to hack it up, i still have to order the other half of the connector and the repair wires though.

too much $$ for something that has little value to me, i usually have the domes off anyway and only use footwell. i was just using the light to focus because the picture was at night. i wouldnt mind led license plate bulbs though.

oil changed and DSG flush today

but today the car has seriously bogged down, and it looks like the N75 duty cycle is much worse than it was before. looks like there may be a leak or something. car falls flat on its face and comes back falls flat on its face and comes back etc.... but its weird because specified and actual are close.

i just dont think it can get anymore tuned up, coolant flush, new WP, plugs, coils, oil, dsg fluid, DV, idk what else to do besides for a valve cleaning. the only other thing that could wory me is maybe a bad pcv system and it will just mess everything up again idk hope and pray. cause the dealer is utterly useless.

    this time reeves

kuhn damaged my rabbit, they also seem to force to make parts be purchesed even if they arnt broken.

lokey and brandon vw is owned by kuhn so doubt i'll let them ever see my car.

bert smith is such a smaller dealer that it is run poorly there is no one there etc.

reeves seem to be incompitent as they didnt install my WP correctly and cant diagnose this issue without me bringing in evidence.

fields vw charged sooo much and i think are closed now anyway.

i miss living near gunther, and its also a reason why i went and picked this car up from them in the first place.
