Do you have a hard wired detector ala Tlud? If so unplug that fuse.

We've been talking about his issue. It's not that, but I think he's got it pinned down.

Josh, it was great seeing your car in person on Saturday. I really like what you've done so far. Well done.

      Thanks guys!

As for the Kessy issue i think it is just that the system is extremely sensitive to battery voltage. My airride draws power and drops the lower limit below the threshold and disables the system. I fear i am going to be stuck without kessy as long as i have air ride installed in its current state. I am going to have to send my management brain to the RidePro and get some things changed. Ill keep you guys posted!

I think the thing that is holding me up in the front is my struts and swaybar. Short of pulling the swaybar i am stuck where i am. Pulling the swaybar is NOT an option, as that was the biggest regret i had with my mkv. Perhaps i can find a solution soon.

Does is cause a problem other than just holding you up? Will it damage the sway bar?

Same here man. Thought it would be a good idea and hated the car without it. Put it back in this weekend which is a lot of work and the car feels so much better.

As Johnny said it won't be an issue. At the most I would hit if I rode low enough but with my wheels as wide as they are in the front I ride fairly high to preserve my fenders, so it's not an issue.

I am surprised that you "bagriders" haven't ordered those wider front fenders that Teff has on his ride. Seems that would give you some room for more dish up front and obviously less rubbing.

that will only affect your wheels/tires hitting your fenders not your axle hitting the swaybar. and the wheel/tire thing can be solved by just getting the right offsets. Personally im not a huge fan of those fenders, they look odd without the rears equally flared to me

I didn't think it would get you any lower, but would allow you to go deeper dish and wider tire. I do agree that something would need to be done to the rear fenders to even them out. I personally like the flare, but not without the rears too.

No they sent me the wrong nuts and the stock ones wont work. Thinking of just ordering the k-sport ones and calling it a day.

Since your bags are supposed to ship sometime this week. When do you plan on having your airride installed? Curious to see how you guys sit.

Johnny I assume you are going to keep your swaybar in on the R and sacrifice tucking the front?

correct. doing k-sport endlinks and I'll just live with however it sits. never again will I remove a swaybar.

Installed LED interior lights and seat handle inserts.

Also corrected the incomplete wiring for my tail lights by adding the second jumper for the parking lights and plugging in the taped up wire. Also installed the proper euro switch! Everything working as intended!!

the previous thread i found detailing which wires to rearrange had the following

      - Installed wire from headlight harness pin 7 to T52/A pin 17 to enable the rear fog signal
      - Installed European LED tail lights with rear fog
      - Removed grey wire with white stripe from pin 28 of T52/A.
      - Removed blue wire with green stripe from pin 47 T52/C
      - Tape up blue wire with green stripe from pin 47 T52/C
      - Recoded Central Electronics Module byte 18 from 0x20 to 0x04.

The correct instructions read a bit more. Requiring a second trigger wire for parking lights and one for rear fog.

      - Installed wire from headlight harness pin 3 to T52/A pin 19 to enable the parking light signal.
      - Installed wire from headlight harness pin 7 to T52/A pin 17 to enable the rear fog signal
      - Installed European LED tail lights with rear fog
      - Removed grey wire with white stripe from pin 28 of T52/A.
      - Removed blue wire with green stripe from pin 47 T52/C.
      - Switched the positions of these two wires so grey wire with white stripe is in 47 of T52/C
and blue wire with green stripe is in 28 of T52/A
      - Recoded Central Electronics Module byte 18 from 0x20 to 0x04.

(Note: T52/A is the black connector on the CECM under the dash. T52/C is the brown connector).
