damn, that's some messed up trailer for a messed up movie. I like it!

It's a great premise - it's something that I would argue most people would like to do, but don't because, well, you'd get caught eventuallyI'm in a parking lot right now and what do I see? A black BMW being driven by a 20 something pulls up and parks in the fire lane.......and there must be 20 parking spots available RIGHT NEXT TO THE FIRE LANE
"No, F--k you!"

Can't f***in' wait. BTW, it's on HDNet Movies channel on May 9th at 8:30pm, 10:30pm and 12:30am.
HDNet Movies is part of the basic package on Verizon Fios.
Bobcat Goldthwait was on Attack of the Show last night and they aired an extended clip of the movie theater scene.![]()

Saw it. Meh.
The whole premise rings false - a man, steeped in TV pop culture, cracks and rejects pop culture with violence.
Do men in their late 40's watch teen reality shows? (I guess the creepy portion does)
Does anything that happens on American Idol upset anyone anymore??

Just watched this last night. Not a great movie or anything, but a lot of fun nonetheless and definitely worth watching. It doesn't hurt that the main character's partner in crime is at the top of my list of girls to build a shrine for if I ever become a creepo hollywood stalker dude.
You probably missed the first 10 minutes of the movie where he says he has insomnia and his neighbors keep him up all night, so he basically sits in front of the TV channel surfing. He's not sitting around *watching* this stuff, it's just on. They make that pretty clear. He's a depressed guy who was just told he's going to die, his kid hates him, his neighbors suck, he can't sleep, so he sits on his couch drinking beer and channel surfing.
No, and that's the whole point of the movie. We have no shame anymore when it's perfectly acceptable to parade retarded people around for our amusement. You essentially just proved Bobcat's point.. Starting to think you didn't watch it.

That explains it though. From the trailer we don't get the full glimpse in his life. Either way I will still watch it. Good to see a film like this take a jab at someone snapping from it.
I agree on the no shame part. It has made it's mark through mainstream programming/media and the sales from it is what keeps driving it.

"You know what really rips my c0ck off???" HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!That little girl is the best.
All movie theaters should show the scene at the movie theater before every feature. Because that short message about turning your cell phone off is workin' like gangbusters![]()

It's on Netflix instant now.
Overall I thought it was entertaining, but not great.

Just watched this on Netflix last night. It was pretty good! A little slow and depressing at some points, but the points the main character makes are good.
