I have a sns chip set up to run 630cc injectors. Its the same thing they ran in their blue corrado will to sell if the price is right

sns building for 8valve engines not for 16v
how you solve the timing problems ?
xdf public files is for single timing map not for three timing maps.
That's from a guru xdf friend.

Never ran the chip its still in the piece of foam it was shipped in

Once you make the switch to MS, you'll wonder why it took you so long to do it. Be sure to get a license for Tuner Studio.

This isn't legal in all contries in the world you know

here in norway we can't use standalone like MS (among others) but using the stock ECU is no problem, even if you change the parameters within the software (undetectable)

so. some of us risks loosing our license plates and drivers license. and risk getting a big-ass ticket

I hear you but even though I don't have to deal with emissions testing here in Florida I have put several megasquirted cars on a 5 gas (with load) sniffer and in EVERY case I was able to tune to less Hc and NOx than the factory ecu. FAR less.

tell that to the ****ed up norwegian gouvernment :/ i wish it was this easy, i've actually been thinkin of modding the MS2 v3 unit i've got into a DF1 casing, need to lengthen the casing a bit, but its doable. making it hard to see that its been tampered with

and they won't open the ecu

what you mean ""how to get them""
many clones from sns digi-lag eeproms.
the map of them is free on many forums.
every modified 16vT engine need a custom setting.
sns map presupposes some standard parts for work near the desired.

what software and hardware do you use to burn these maps onto blank chips?

want to get something like that

any recomendations for this:

Well tonight i rebuilded my 16V back to kkk turbo again. (the turbonetics was to big....)

Audi S2 exhaust man (mod)
Audi S2 inlet man (mod)
KKK K24 7000 turbo, boost 1,5-1,6bar
3,5 bar fuel pressure regualtor
440ccm bosch injectors
S2 pistons
H rods
G60 head gasket
Digifant 1 ECU with 200kpa sensor. (also got a digi 1 ecu with 250kpa)

I have new bosch O2 lambda sensor - narrow band to the ECU.
Innovate LC-1 wide band - to LC1 db blue instrument.
-Have set the timing to 7-7,5 (with the blue temp sensor off, and around 2250-2500rpm)

Someone out there who have a good map to this set up?
With todays map, i've got some pinging/knocking (I also see it on the knocksense light)

Just get a custom chip from sns, i think John's email i Jwatts@snstuning.com or jdwatts@snstuning.com

I hope you're not burning chips, the chip information is intellectual property belonging to whoever modified the chip so this would make you a lowlife crook.
