I just picked up my bmp gli and drove it home 213 miles. It has a new south boost gauge and at full boost its over 25psi. I've herd of k04s boosting 25-26 but its but the needle is barred so Im not sure how much its boosting. Also when I get on it sometimes it will only make 5-15psi. Im thinking Its the n75 but not sure. Any words of wisdom or past experiences welcome.

When my N75 valve went I didnt get full boost until 3rd. I would check for leaks and get a MBC.

Do you have a N75 race valve? If you do remove it and go to the J valve. This will remove your overboosting issues with the K04-001 especially on the APR software.

Im running APR stage 2 with n75f valve, changed it to j valve was overboosting and turbo was squealing accalerated heavy. Changed back to f valve all ok, APR maps must be very peaky.

I always run the stock N75 and have the best results with that. I end up having to replace it every couple years though.

The H and J are OEM N75's tho. I'd honestly pick up a MBC and bypass the N75 to see if that'd help also. Only $50 or less (look in classifieds) for a MBC kit bro.

I know all cars and chipped cars are diff, but I was always under the impression Revo and APR worked well with H valves and GIAC worked well with the J (based on the trends I've seen over the years with ppl posting which valves work best with their chip, so take my observation for what it is).

Check the N75 Valve. I had the same problem on my apr k04 kit, When I had the 3 bar fuel regulator it was overboosting to 25psi then falling off to around 15psi. When I put the 4 bar fuel reg it help it a lot, the boost was holding a lot better.
