And will only fit a euro bumper properly. I had one to put on my 1997 GTI years ago before I knew any better, soon found out it was about an inch too short on the sides in front of the wheel wells. looks good on the right bumper though!

the bumpers are new, brand new, but painted , never mounted....
i will sell the plate tub, no mounts are broke, its also brand new, painted though...
