I emailed them and did not get any response. The dealership near me installs Stasis tuning products so was wondering if there is any info on it. The dealership said they are working on it.

I had thought that the TT-RS was pretty well maxed out tune-wise from the factory, but I guess there's always a little more to be gained.

It's nowhere near maxed out, a simple chip tune will get over 400hp.

When I asked (at the very end of last year or very early in January, I don't recall exactly), I was told they were working on it, but didn't have an ETA.

yeah, just waste your money with inferior parts from Stasis instead of Forge, H&R, etc.

Got this from a Stasis rep wheni emailed about the TT RS tune.
    Dated 4/25

"We have seen a lot of interest in the TTRS and our engineering team is certainly looking at not only the ECU tune, but a complete STaSIS Package for it as well. As of right now I do not have an ETA as to when we will release the TTRS tune,"

Try a 3rd gear roll at 60mph next time. The 4th gear roll exaggerates the benefits of the lower RPM power gains.

Did that too, with the same result:

Considering the TT RS tune makes peak torque at ~3000 rpm it made sense to do it in 4th gear but as you can see we did it in both.

Audi factory tune as a boost spike at ~5500rpm to make the quoted 360hp. Which means tuned cars show small peak power gains, but huge gains in the rest of the RPM range. It's all about the area under the curve.

If you're driving at 60 mph and want to accelerate most quickly, then you want to be in 3rd to maximize power. The peak power gains are less than the non-peak gains between stock and chipped, which is why I think a 3rd gear run is most realistic to show how much faster the car is. The gains at lower RPM (in 4th at 60 mph) may be greater, but that matters less for maximizing acceleration, since you'll never be at such low RPM in that case.
