This game is suppose to come out at the end of this month (March). What are your thoughts on this game? Yay or Nay and why?

Saw it for pre-order at GS, but have not seen any trailers or anything. I will have to looks some up. I love this game.

Yeah I love the Ghost Recon series always been a big fan, especially online play. I saw it last year at E3 and was impressed. Can't wait to play it.

I have no confidence in any game release by Ubisoft... specially for PC platform. All their PC games like "fire and forget" missiles = no post release support... (no sdk so mod community cannot make map/mod)

Oh yea, don't forget their stupid DRM which need your computer online all the time.

This game is AWESOME!!! I played multiplayer at E3 and I kept going back for more. It was a lot of fun and the controls felt great. Great graphics, guns sound nice, the cover scheme is a nice touch, all in all great game!!!

Can you explain why the video/graphical quality on all of the online videos I've seen look absolutely horrible?

I like Clancy games (though I hate future-tech). This was a definite buy for me until I saw some videos, and saw the overload of nonsense all over the screen...and the graphics look significantly worse than any other offering (and yes, I know RSV/GR has never been top quality graphics).

Really? Seriously the graphics are nice, as I was passing through their booth at first glance I was like holy moly that's a nice looking game and then I noticed what game it was. I can tell you it looks a lot better than any past Ghost Recon games that is for sure. I know what you mean about the overall nonsense you are talking about. There is a lot going on with the game, but you get used to it. It's cool that you can change from a 3rd to a 1st person view. Hopefully you can get into the beta so you can try it our for yourself, I'm sure you won't be dissapointed.

Yeah dude it's a really nice game, I really enjoyed multiplayer. I should of played campaign as well but I was addicted to multiplayer.

I saw a few videos from E3 on this game and it looks amazing! I cant wait for the gunsmith portion of the game. I just wanna create some kick ass weapon set ups.

I'd definitely consider picking this up on a few conditions:

A) If you can turn off most of the techno-bullsh_t. I absolutely hate the HUD features, and the blue info-halo around the rifle etc...absolutely horrible. BUT, in the past Ghost Recons on multiplayer you could turn a lot of it off. I think it looks tacky as sh_t.

B) If it has lots of multiplayer components, including co-op stuff akin to Terrorist Hunt from RSV series etc. I'm not much for competitive multiplayer anymore (I just suck). If you can do all sorts of co-op stuff, I'll definitely be in.

Like the Clancy games...but the tech stuff drives me freakin' nuts.

I'm awaiting with much anticipation for this game to come out this May. My GF and I played this game last year at E3 and both of us were hooked. We must of played it at least 10 times going back to the end of the line to wait to play again. Anyone else excited???

i'm looking for another FPS, how do the tom clancy ones compare to BF3/COD series? I only play the MP on those though, the single player is absolutely mind numbing with wall after wall of the exact same enemies shouting the same thing over and over until you run to a certain point.

Hell yeah VW Bora, I love love the Ghost Recon series. A bunch of my homies and including my GF are freakin excited for this game. Like I said my GF and I played it last year at E3 and we were like "OMFG". It brings something fresh to the table. I love 3rd person shooters just like I love Gears. I can't wait!!!!!

This is more of a 3rd person shooter, like gears of war but more tactical and less kamakazi style of playing. You can really get into it if you play with a bunch of friends and come up with strategies. My friends and I used to own on GR2. We would never play without our mic's because we would plan everything out, and we would always run in pairs. Damn I can't wait for this game. Oh and the campaign is fun as well.

I was excited...but to be honest, I f-ing despise this high-tech gadget bullsh_t.

I liked the old Ghost Recon games, and the RSV games got me playing Terrorist Hunt for...well...Goldeneye length amounts of time. I love co-op tactical shooters. However, like the last few techno-babble Ghost Recon games, I completely lose almost all of my interest when you can see through doors, and mark everyone, and do stupid nonsense like that.

RC cars with guns...backpacks with rockets? Honestly? I was planning on buying this, but until I see a "back to basics" mode, or hardcore mode, or non-tech mode available, I'll probably pass. They could have used the same ideas, and made the game about 10x cooler. Instead it's all techno-gadget nonsense, and very little tactics left from what it looks like.

I'd love to be proved wrong, but highlighting badguys, looking through walls, and sneaking around in a Harry Potter blanket is the antithesis of what I'm looking for in a tactial shooter.
