I was just working on cleaning out the clutter from the winter.. I opened up the driver side rear cubby and there was about a .5 -1 inch of water in the tray.
I closly examined the sunroof drain hose and it looked good from what I can see.. from the amount of water in there it has to be a decent leak somewhere.. the car just came out of the body shop 3 weeks ago..

      Any ideas??

My side cubbies get full of water too. Turns out water was leaking in through the roof rail mounting stud hole and dripping down. I removed the headliner, unbolted the roof rails, and siliconed them up. No more water.

i had the exact same problem except it was also running to the front of the car and leaking from the a-pilar trim on both sides, soaking the carpet
