Feeler 2004 a4 avant 6 speed black on black Phila area

Hi,

Just seeing if anyone is interested in my avant. NOT perfect ,but would be a good project or car for someone with space to work on it.

The good:

-low mileage 62xxx on the odometer
-6 speed manual transmission
-black leather
-cold weather package (heated seats front and back)
-dual climate control
-neuspeed anti sway bar in rear
-self leveling headlights
-new clutch installed recently
-new battery

The bad:

-CEL for evap leak
-odometer was swapped out so inconsistent mileage on carfax (but actual miles are less than 62,xxx)
-sunroof drain was clogged and it leaked into headliner and stained it
-squeaking/creaking from driver front side (need control arm?)
-exterior paint has scratches
-driver seat bolster is coming off
-usual glove box hinge broken
-passenger side window regulator does not go up automatically from driver side switch

This car was supposed to be my winter beater but I can't afford to have an extra car.
