Also agree. If you're already going through all this trouble to bring the beast back to mag status, the yellow takes away from that look (in my humble opinion).

Moar werk. Almost ready to reassemble front end.
Pics for kicks, and you may notice I'm using mk4 wire loom connectors for a cleaner look.

Snails pace at the moment. The job I settled for just pays the bills. I am lined up for a new job turning wrenches again and towing at night which will give me plenty of capital to get this thing wrapped up.

I'm glad your beast is coming along well! What exhaust are you using?

Thank you! I bought brand new wire loom but all of the end connections and tees were stripped off of about 15 mk4's at the salvage yard. Paid like 2.00 for 50-60 pieces. Some have part numbers and others do not.

    Thank you sir!

Ok yet another mini dilemma, I have a full manual seatbelt conversion kit but I'm not sure I want to put it in the beast, any thoughts on this????

Yeah, without pulling out my old mag. Did the Original 3.1 beast run manual belts? If not I say no

I guess it all depends on how true you want to stay to the beast. Auto belts are ugly though and your not planning 3.1 with the ever so expensive and rare crank and vsr are you. BTW cars lookin good

Auto Belts, spoilers that go up at speed,V6's that share a single head, superchargers that explode. These are all the wonderful things that make a Corrado what it is. Make them work and then you won't have to disconnect them and take a chunk out of your head every three months or so.

Ha, the beast needs euro belts, or you can put the car to stock. All of it.

If not, Euro pilars, shaved and Autocontrol harnesses.

Haha conflicting opinions. I don't know what I'm going to do on that.

I know my 1st order of business is to get James Corrado car cover since I have no garage and the cover I have now is just the biggest piece of ****.

Fall just started and I really need to figure out a game plan before its too cold to do ****.

Mock up of my custom 42DD intake tube, wrinkle black to match. Can't say enough about 42DD, my order took less than a week.

I had just the ISV tube welded on and deleted the crank vent tube for my catch can setup.

I waited 1 month, but they took extra care of me for the wait.

Did you do the 1.8t AIT sensor on the intake?

    Yes vented to open atmosphere

Thank you on the wiring. I busted my balls cleaning up that mess and the mk4 tubing and tubing trim worked out great.

The 42 tube fits a lot better(harder bend which up until recently could not be achieved by CNC Benders) then the ABD tube...although the ABD is not recomended for the Corrado
