I bought a turbo'd ABA off of a vwvortex member last year and it came with a MS1 v3 ECU.
I've been reading lately about the new MS3 ECU.
Is there a lot of benefits to upgrading? Is it easier to tune?
Any recommendations would be helpful

Does the car run nice now?
I have MS1 on my supercharged ABA and it runs very nicely and honestly don't use many of the features in MS1. The only down side of MS1 I see is that I couldn't get it to sync up with Tuner Studio which I've heard is very nice but it could just be user error on my part.
Either way, if the car is running nicely on MS1, I'm of the opinion if it aint broke dont fix it.
