WTB: I'm looking for a mkII GTI, pre-67 Bug, or a mkI Caddy

As the title states I am looking to purchase a mkII GTI, pre-67 Bug, or a mkI caddy.
I am not looking for anything else.
I do not want someones project that is a mess.
I do not want anything with rust issues.
I do not want some crazy engine swap car.

What I want is something inspected that I can work on while I enjoy driving it.

mkII GTI: MUST be a 16v

I would rather not have a red or yellow car either, but will consider it if it fits with in my options posted above.

Right now I have about $3,000 cash to work with. I can dig out more if the right car comes along.

I live in the Harrisburg, Pa area and I'm not looking to buy anything from out of state.
