In case you didn't see it in the title, rallye with A/C, so it is not the U BEND, but rather an angled outlet.

anyone know where to get on in the states? I haven't checked with Zeb yet, but I suspect it will be one of those non-US items that they can't get.

I have one of these on my car now and need one for the new setup. I have a KK straight RS outlet that does not fit my needs.

yea, it is rather a complex part and I have been making to many things that I should have just bought

I could use the KK RS outlet that I have (I suppose), but would need a proper Silicone transition outlet with the proper bend.

Funny, when I searched, I found a thread from 2001 with Frank and Oliver, when this part first came to light LOL -> http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthrea...ith-A-C-outlet

I happen to still have the pictures.

    ignore that ugly adapter

I think the BBM/KK RSR outlet is a better piece as it has a slightly larger ID on the charger outlet side IIRC.

Thanks, yea, I have the KK as pictured above, but I would need to find the special Silicone transition bend to clear the fan, etc. Maybe I wil email johnny and see if that is available separately.

Dave used a rubber napa hose for the transition. You could always get a little crazy like I did when I went A>W:

It was a little tricky to install but with a ball end allen it wasn't too bad

Haha, I started mocking something like that up, but would rather have the rallye. Looks like RPM is doing their own castings, but not sure if I want to deal with over seas.

So, I ordered a silicone transition for the KK RS outlet I have. The only people that had anything close to what I needed (that I could find) was siliconeintakes.com.

I got a 3.5" to 2.5" (since I am running 2.5" piping) 45*. A 30* would prob be perfect, but I should be able to make the 45 work. I will let you know ( for the 2 people still interested in G Laders LOL )

I'm interested but realize that they are kind of like running a flathead ford

LOL, yea or a 6volt, kick start only Harley Panhead

However, with everyone so fixated on dyno hp numbers, there are few people that know what close to 300TQ at 3.5k RPM feels like I know, that you know, what I speak of
