I was very surprised at the dyno today..... Mods are AWE K04 Kit, Eurojet intercooler, Carbonio S2, APR V2 software, Goodspeed (BB) Catless dp, Neuspeed catback, Corrected WHP was at 348 WHP 360 ftlbs on 100 Oct, 323 WHP 336 ftlbs on 91 Oct. And the DSG seems to be taking it fine.

    CHP Dyno sheet:

And build Album, install compliments of GoodSpeed in Scottsdale AZ.

Wow! Very impressive. Your 91 numbers are right in line with APR's official dyno. And your 100 octane runs are screaming! I guess this is how people are trapping almost 120 mph with 100 octane. Just awesome!

You should post this the engine forum on golfMK6.com as well.

Well after the track today I realized I need to ditch the pancake pipe... It popped mid track, and the clips isn't doing a very good job holding. (Well with a very hard launch) I still ran a 13.6@108 with reduced power the 2nd half of the track.

The retention clip came looks causing it to separate under boost. I fixed it by T-Bolting it to the Euroject coupler. All is well now, I had some fun with it tonight on 91 oct, seems as if I fixed all the weak points.

Wow this is exciting, I have an appointment with them tomorrow and see how well my k04 gti does on their dyno. Then we can compare apples to apples since its on the same dyno.

got my car dyno but numbers are not even close to yours.

    100 oct
    corrected power - 326.5
    Wheel power- 303.5

    torque - 355.2

    91 oct
    corrected power - 288.9
    wheel power - 269.9

    torque - 298.9

    mods on car
    APR k04
    s3 intercooler
    Awe Top
    Bsh Throttle pipe
    Bsh race intake
    bsh mounts
    south bend stage two daily
    god speed catless Dp
    Magnaflow exhaust

But I talked to a few people and they said its about what gear they run your car. I don't know but everything on my car is functional and has no issues.

My car is DSG though, they run it in 4th gear. Might be the parts combo, also I have the AWE K04 not the APR K04. My intake setup is the full carbonio S2, my intercooler is the larger eurojet one. My downpipe is the goodspeed Billy Boat catless. Catback is Neuspeed. I am using the Tiguan noise pipe delete. There are quite a few differences in our setup. And lower HP doesn't mean issues.

here is my WHP sheet if it makes you feel any better:

The DSG I understand as well as your AWE K04 but the downpipe is the same 3" catless and the intake set up is similar due to my is the bsh race intake, and the Tiguan noise pipe delete is the same on my car. So the only difference is your intercooler, turbo, and your transmission

Goodspeed and Godspeed are 2 very different products. (And those are very big differences) The CAI setup I have is completely different and APR tunes specifically for this specific intake. All the little differences add up with the APR V.2.

I am sure the other K04 Car that dyno'd 45 WHP less will disagree with you. The MAHA is a pretty stingy dyno. 348 WHP on 100 isnt that far off from what AWE's car made. But I am sure haters are going to hate. I would be happy to dyno on another dyno if you want to pay for it.

OP -- I have nearly identical bolt on's as you (k04, Carbonio 1+2, APR Intercooler, 3" catless unres dp, Tiguan pipe, etc). Only real difference is the Unitronic tune, and that I haven't hit the dyno... ha ha
Either way though, it's good to know that we can make such attractive numbers.

The APR IC and the Eurojet are really close in volume too. Let me know your numbers whenever you get them. (PM is fine too) I want to see how the Uni tune stacks up.

MAHA dyno is pretty damn accurate when setup correctly i have a couple STI/WRX buddies that will dyno at 400 whp at Goodspeed and 340-350 whp at Dyno-comp, Vivid Racing, Forced Air Technologies. Not hating on your car just skeptical with Goodspeed.

and in no way am i endorsing dyno-comp with this video because that shop is shady as ****

AWHP is completely different than a FWD measurement or a RWD measurement. I can see how they could have drastic results going from a MAHA to a dyno-comp especially if they were loaded wrong at one place. There are more factors to deal with AWD power. Good vid too (But wrx's are not really good from a roll in most scenarios They should be dig racing :p)
