MKVI GLI Aspherical Mirrors installed

As I've expected, aspherical mirrors from 09+ CC perfectly fit 2012 GLI.

Ordered mine from oemplus back in November. Since these are special order, it took almost three months to get them.

Part numbers:
3C8857521 - left
3C8857522A - right

Load resistance of the electric heater element is the same as stock, so there should be no complaints from vehicle electrical system.

These mirrors should also fit US spec. Passat 2012+

I have been trying to get some things going for my car but i have had a ton of set backs. Things seem to be on track again, and the ASPHERICAL mirrors are first on my list. I found someone on ebay selling a pair. Here is the link.

Yea i found this guy on ebay. Were you looking for the mk6 jetta? If so this guy is selling the mk6 jetta mirrors for 80.

Yea I looked on ebay yesterday and all I could find were the GLI type.

I messaged the seller to see what he has to say but ive been looking online i didn't know the gli had different mirrors. From what ive seen they look just about the same but then again i didnt find a clear picture of the actual mirror.

Still not into $185 for those CC pieces

Im not quite sure I understand, the mirrors are all GLI style now or are all regular jetta style?

Shipping took about 2 weeks from Hong Kong.

Fit is perfect. Will have to wait and see about quality as they're not oem.

I wanted blue tinted, aspherical mirrors and these fit the bill and the price was right.


Gap on right side is due to the fact that I had adjusted to my view from the drivers seat, these are identical in shape and size to the GLI mirrors.
