Man, I should update this thread more lol.

So what have I done since my last post.....

I got my "new" set of wheels about a month ago

they had a sh&t ton of curb rash on the rear wheels

Ordered adapters right after getting said wheels

My pass side motor mount from ECS Tuning gave up on life....

    Along with the snub mount

Didn't realize that ECS has warranty on most (or all) of their products so they sent me replacements

While replacing my pass motor mount, found out my driver side was done with life also

already have a replacement on its way from Rockauto, should be here tomorrow

Got tired of driving around with broken headlights (adjusters are broken on the current set), so I re-polished my old set.....the right way. The turtle wax kit I first use was aiiiight but it wasn't perfect for a $9 kit. So I polished mine the traditional way...wetsanding and Plastic x polish

Hopefully these should hold me over until I can get some ecodes and then I can throw these out.

This past weekend, I decided to tackle on the wheel repairs myself.....did a damn good job

Washed and cleaned them to get them ready for primer

Tomorrow, I'll finally put primer and paint them.

So what's next? Well since I'm going to SoWo, I want this car to drive with no major problems (not like it has given me any since I've been driving around as-is for the past year) With that being said, I'll be doing a couple of checks on what needs to be replaced. I'll be replacing my windshield and Camchain tensioner, also fixing some stuff for inspection time. Hopefully if I can get my wheels on by this weekend, I'll look into finally getting an alignment soon.

What other cool sh*t I'll be getting done before then? Mainly the rest of my interior stuff

    *wood floor
    *fabric for the door cards
    *woodgrain vinyl

And repaint parts of my trunk and rear bumper. More of that later...
After Sowo, I'll only have a few more things to add to the car and hopefully all I'll have to worry about from that point, is just to drive the car.....and that's it. God I miss that feeling, the feeling of driving a car you feel is complete in your mind...done in a way you feel that no more is needed to make it complete. Now, whenever I drive around, sometimes I think about what needs to be worked on, what needs to be changed, etc. such a crappy a feeling sometimes.

    Love the twists

How thick are the adapters? I'm curious how they're going to fit.

Only 25mm all around. I almost did 25mm front/ 30mm rear but after talking to Marc about it with the current tire size I have for the rear, i would have to pull the rear fenders....which would be a hit or miss with how clean they come out.

So yesterday I did 2 main things:

    Change the motor mount out:

And start painting my wheels a root beer bronze brown:

Don't worry, I still have more to paint today but it looks good so far

    So update....
I was so focused on getting the two rear wheels to look perfect, that I paid less attention to the front wheels. The rear wheels are ready for clear, while the 2 front ones look all ratchet. Which means now I had to strip those wheels and re-paint them. Paint came out rough to the touch in some areas before the clear coat and the primer was even cracking

So tonight I'll just work on stripping them down and tomorrow, hopefully, I can finally paint them and get this over with

New bags already?! What happened there?

And it's cool. I've decided to tackle another part of the interior, something I've should have done in a while lol.

    Update....it's time for one.

Finally changed out the other belt

.....and what I've been working on since yesterday.

Rear panels are finally done. Now for the fronts. As boring as this sounds, I'm having fun with this lol.
