Buy this E30 325i Wagon which has just been imported from UK as a toy car. I've spoken to the owner and he said, it is immaculate.

    Only $16.500

Why? They were a nice car in their time, but buying a 1988 car for regular family transport. I think not.

They do look nice. But good friends don't let friends buy Land Rovers.

Catch up Thursday night? Don't mind if it's late.

You wouldn't be buying Subaru BRZ to transport your family either.

Mind, the A3/S3 is also only a 4 star car and I managed okay in my excursion.

I think you can do better for weekend fun cars then. That V10 M5 for instance, for $70k I think Paul was saying. If the repair bills weren't so scary.

The risk with the BRZ or Toyota is that if the car is too uncomfortable or the interior too low rent, I'll simply end up jumping into the BM, which defeats the object of having a second car.

That's why a 1M would have been good.

Well, no doubt about that. I was just trying to show a very rare car in Australia.

Indeed. I was driving a sedan version of that car once around Yarra Boulevard when the road around me lit up as if I was about to get sucked up by Aliens. It was the police helicopter taking a close interest in my racing lines.

No, I suspect they neither had the inclination or the resources to swoop down or to send someone to give me a ticket, it was just to remind me that I was being watched. I puckered my sphincter and drove quietly home.

It might be the wog blood in me, but I think this looks hawt as long as it had a proper paint job to match the car.

If the 86 develops the respect and following of the Escort, Toyota should be well pleased.
