Most Home improvement stores carry these type of grills, known as 'built-in' or 'drop-in'.
Lowe's carries Jenn-Air, but most have to be special ordered:

Or at least something like this? I have a natural gas line onto my deck and don't really need a big and bulky BBQ and stand. I know of Sunstone grills, but am wondering if there are others that I should be looking at?
Side note -- is it a smart idea to put a BBQ so close to a wall like that?

Depends on what the wall is made from. Concrete block that shouldn't be any issue other than grease splatter making it hard to clean. But frankly, you see gas stoves installed next to regular sheetrock walls quite often in smaller houses. And I don't see that as such a smart idea either.

Thanks everyone. I didn't realize that the drop-in models were so easy to come by. I'll have to do a little more looking.
