So first things first i went to go look and test drive a RS .:R32 and its a really clean car and all but it backfired/s so i was thinking could this be spark plugs/ coil packs? Should i buy this car and replace those myself? What would you if you were in this situation?

If it was a sweet gurgle on decel its (awesome and) normal.

If it was the spark plugs/coil packs, you should be able to feel it at idle (I think). Was it idling rough at all?

If you are serious, Why don't you take it to the deadlership or a trusted mechanic and have it checked out?
