NEED HELP!!!!! throttle body driving me crazy

I am new to the dub world. My daughter has a 1999.5 jetta 2.0 with a throttle body issue. It needs to be adapted but when I try to do an adaption it comes up with error. Tried another throttle body for a working 2.0 and still get error. Could this be an ECM issue or a wiring problem?
