    I just saw these on Woot and am considering buying a couple sets. Does anyone have any experience with these? How well do they work?

    if they just bring the temp down a tiny bit, why not rinse the glass w/ ice water, or shake the whiskey in an iced shaker? http://www.amazon.com/Teroforma-1220.../dp/B002GZX2DE

    Tried 'em, didn't like 'em. Hardly changes the temperature of the beverage at all.

    I just wanted them to use in any beverage instead of ice since the freezer in my new apartment is small.

    Yeah, they don't make things that cold. Just leave a glass in the freezer for non whiskey drinks.
