Official Caravan Cruise to [EUROFEST] 2012 - Hosted by Garden State Euros - Sunday, April 29th

-GARDEN STATE EUROS- is proud to announce that our club will be hosting the “Official Caravan Cruise to [EUROFEST] 2012” at Metlife Stadium, East Rutherford, NJ on Sunday, April 29th. We would like to invite all Audis, BMWs, Porsches and Volkswagens to come out to our official cruise starting in Kinnelon, NJ.
Keep in mind, last year’s attendance was primarily BMWs but an Audi ended up winning 1st place in the show! Let’s represent again this year!
If you attend out Official Caravan Cruise you will have “preferred parking” at the event. This not a speed contest or race to the event.

In total we will be inviting Euro owners from the following Tri-State meets: Bergen, Castle GTG, Coolwater, Eurotech, Franklin Hooters, Hudson Valley GTG, Jetta is Betta, Linden Starbucks, Monmouth, Montclair, Mount Olive, N.E.R.D., Northern, NJ, Palisades, Parsippany / PAR GTG, Poughkeepsie, RSWorx, Fair Lawn / Rt. 4 IKEA GTG, Somerset, Sussex, Team A.C.E., Tri-State Chit Chat, Tri-State Spotted, Union, Woodbridge, and William Paterson University.

We will also be advertising and providing more information about our “Official Caravan Cruise to [EUROFEST] 2012” at our -GARDEN STATE EUROS- official Spring season opener car meet on Wednesday, March 21st at the Lowes of Butler, NJ.


OFFICIAL CRUISE DETAILS:
9:30am - Meet at Kinnelon Bagels (1500 State Rt 23, Kinnelon, NJ), grab breakfast and receive your Caravan printed tickets to split up groups
Caravan A - 10:45am depart Kinnelon / 11:30 arrive at EuroFest to prep GSE show cars and for booth setup
Caravan B - 11:00am depart Kinnelon / 11:45am arrive at EuroFest to park together as GSE club
Caravan C - 11:15am depart Kinnelon / 12:00 arrive at EuroFest to park together with Caravan B as GSE club
5:00pm - Show ends

Both -Team EuroWerkz- and -GARDEN STATE EUROS- will be on the lookout for ANY misconduct during the initial meetup, official caravan cruise and attendance at [EUROFEST] 2012. Any unsafe, irresponsible use of your car will be reported to the local police and will either prevent you from entering [EUROFEST] 2012 or will have you removed once at the event. True car enthusiasts do not want to attend an event with irresponsible drivers that risk damage to their cars, risk injury to attendees, or risk having the meet, club or event shut down. You will also be added to the -Official Tri-State Meet, Club, Event BLACKBALL List: Stopping Offenders-.

We have our first set of updates! We are very excited and can't wait to tell you what we have in store for Eurofest 2012. Even with all this info we still have a TON of surprises which we will release soon.

For now, we have EuroTuner Magazine covering the event. There will be a feature of Eurofest 2012 of the event in their magazine.

EuroFest:
The Official Caravan Cruise to [EUROFEST] 2012 - Hosted by Garden State Euros - Sunday, April 29th is less than two weeks away and approaching fast.
We just wanted to make sure that everyone has the cruise information located on Vortex, Audizine, or our GSE Facebook Events page.
The cruise will meet at Kinnelon bagels at 9:30am Sunday, April 29th for breakfast then will cruise to MetLife Stadium for the event which opens at or before 12:00pm.
To space the cruise out every car that shows up at 9:30am will receive an index card splitting you up into Caravan A, B or C along with the name of the person leading that caravan along our cruise route.
The EuroFest organizers have promised that we will all be able to park together as a club even if we arrive in our Caravans at different times. At the gate please tell them you are parking with GSE.
Our -cruise route- will be 23 South to 287 North to 208 South to 4 East to 17 South. This will give us a decent cruise length with minimal traffic lights.
Entrance cost will be $20 per car entrance fee, bring cash to get in.

EuroFest GSE Booth:
GSE will have their club booth setup complete with banner, flyers, stickers for sale and several club show cars. If you interested in displaying your car at the club booth, please email me.
Below are the show cars that have currently signed up to be displayed at our club booth. These cars will be in Caravan A to arrive at the show first and have promised to fully detail their cars beforehand and represent the club with one of our club stickers on their cars. If you're interested, let us know.

on another note; because of the departure time (after brkfst) - doesnt that seems to be a little late for a noon time gate opening ? albeit the cars will be clean prior to departure i would bet to think they'd be dusty from the cruise thus requiring a 2nd cleaning, your thoughts ?

additionally, (referencing the departure/arrival time), because of the expected turn out wouldnt there be a long line awaiting the gates to open which would indicate the caravan(s) leave sooner ?

I know the hard work that goes into this event, between all of your organizers working as a team I know this will be a successful event therefore I will make sure our GSE club supports as best we can. Hopefully we pull a few raffle prizes home with us.

just a thought march 21st there were 300+, at lowes parking lot, we got eurofest coming up with the most
insane prizes i've seen for only $20, you guys im just a stop by every now and then guy but you core
members should want this club trophy bad (The first team trophy for "the real eurofest 2012") yea its been
eurofest before but this is the first year of this magnatude, im showing not going to win dont care just
showing support for the local "dub euro folks" and friends that are hosting there company so lets get more
cars there is a stock class, $20 for the prizes is worth a shot,

APR Tuned and Redline Speed Worx present “DubRun” to the Poconos on Saturday, October 27th hosted by -GARDEN STATE EUROS- The annual “DubRun” was created to host the final cruise and event of the season before winter comes and freezes us out of enjoying our cars. The “DubRun” is an ongoing yearly event for all European cars with a new cruise route planned each year. This event will be held rain or shine and we also made sure DubRun will not interfere with any other events in the area!

GARDEN STATE EUROS would like to invite the Tri-State European car community to our annual Spring Season Opener meet on Wednesday, March 20th from 6:00pm – 10:00pm at the LOWES parking lot in Butler, NJ. This location provides easy access from highways (Route 23, 287, 80, 46, 3) and also offers an Applebee’s and Wendy’s next door for food and restrooms. This is the meet of all meets for the Tri-State area, a one night flash meet (flash mob for cars). We understand that this location may be a haul and attending a Wednesday night meet may be difficult with work/family/school schedules but we can promise you this is one meet you will not want to miss for 2013. What else are you going to do on a Wednesday night?! Hope to see you there…
