Backpacking Across Europe - meet and greet?

Hey All,

My girl and I will be backpacking across Europe for 2.5 weeks and would love to hang out and get a little European VW culture!

We'll be in Amsterdam for the last few days in March, then down to Cologne Germany, on to Munich Germany, down to Garmisch Germany. By the second week of April we will be making our way across Austria and ending in Vienna on the 12th and 13th.

Is anyone interested in showing my girl and I the sites?

We have no definitive plans other than to be in certain cities by a certain date but other than that we're making plans as we go. Detours are welcome!

Due to engineering delays in Amsterdam, we arrived in Cologne later than expected and only had 2 days to see the sites and recoup our necessities like laundry.
Currently on the train to Munich. Is anyone close to Munich?

2 hours south of Cologne probably puts you 3+ hours froml Munich?
