They sold us a 2000 Passat, told us we had 30 days to return it to them if theres any issues. Well, having some major issues and they won't hold up there end of the bargain.
Also they sold us a GWC Warranty and never explained that any "warranty" work I have to pay out of pocket and they will reimburse me...doesn't much matter as this issue isn't covered by the GWC warranty.
Then the manager, told me to shove the car up my ass for all he cares.

The salesman that sold us the car told me straight up that they know nothing about VW cars, the other day on the phone...

$5k for a 2000 Passat B5 1.8t Tiptronic Automatic with 100k on the ticker. Car is solid....sept the morons had it in their shop for some time before we purchased it. Apparently the salesman was right, they know nothing of VW as the coolant hoses were not put back on proper and blew off, blowing all coolant out.
Warranty on a 12 year old car? Who in the **** in their right mind would EVER buy a 1.8t WITHOUT a warramty?
