I bought a set of 2012 LED GTI Headlamps from trgli - Lorena Acosta.
I paid for these via PayPal right away. At first she was prompt with communication. She sent these via USPS insured. Upon delivery both headlamps were damaged. I wrote Lorena to notify her of what happened. She said she would look into the situation and resolve it as fast as possible. She then blamed the USPS for poor handling and said she would use FedEx for the replacement set. I felt good as she seemed to be honest and want to make sure the situation was right. She said she would contact me first thing the next day. Well fast forward 5 days later and I have yet to hear from her. I have sent multiple emails, IM's and even tried PayPal resolution communication with no luck. I have since excelled this to a PayPal claim.
I just wanted to post my experience and prevent others from going through the same experience I had.
