Are you asking about prepaid or secured? They aren't the same thing.

i've made some mistakes in my credit past. i currently have some 5-8+y/o write offs. i'm looking to get back on track to build credit twards home ownership.
i'm confident that i wont be able to get a regular credit card so i'm looking into prepayed options.
chase seems to want 2k down the last time i looked. and thats a little in excess of what i'm looking to do.
does anyone have any recomendations or experience with the prepayed line of credit cards?
thanks
just from my searching i'm leaning tward a cap1 secured card. 29/yr fee, 22.9% variable APR
shouldnt matter much as i would pay it off monthly.
