I thought some may find this interesting.

    http://www.imfdb.org/wiki/Town,_The

It's a list with photos, desciptions, and scenes of all the firearms used in the movie "The Town".

    Enjoy

IMFDB.org will let you see what firearms were used in just about every movie, TV show, and video game ever produced. You can look up by movie name, or you can search by firearm to see what movies/shows it was in, and what actor(s) used it. The contributors do a great job keeping it updated.

It is absolutely a terrific time waster!! (and a great resource when you are watching a movie and you are just dying to know what gun that was...)

    Yeah, I know this well.

I focused on The Town because there is (IMO) some really nice stuff in that movie. If anyone else has any other flicks that they have an appreciation of the hardware in, by all means. We can turn this into a movie hardware thread.

In the spirit of turning it into a "movie guns" thread.

Bad Boy II has a reasonably impressive list of toys. If not for quality than certainly quantity.

I'm going to look up The Walking Dead. What a smorgasbord in that show.

kind of a dissapointment of weapons in TWD.

only really cool thing was Herschel's never empty shot gun from the last episode.. goddamn, he' musta run 50 rounds threw it before reloading.

mostly plastic pistols, hunting rifles and shot guns.

I can't believe no one grabbed better stuff I'm sure was laying around after the national guard was zombiefied.

    still love that show

Noticed that too. I also started bitching about the fact that the "flash" could be seen through the shell ejection port after he has already fired. My wife looked at me like I was nuts.

Red Dawn gets the nod for my favorite gun movie. Between the real ones and excellent fakes, there is plenty to look at.
