    My friend in towards the end of a big turbo 1.8t swap into a mk2 golf and he need's the pinout for the mk4 ecu. please help

    oh no? not one person on vortex has a pinout for a mk4 1.8t jetta ecu?

    You can try getting the Bentley book or let me know specifically what you need and I can pull it from there.

    well the ecu is not getting any power, so i'm guessing we're going to need at least the pinout for what pins give the ecu power. if you could do that for me that'd be awesome i'll find out specifically what else we would need from my friend who's working on the car when i get up with him.

    my friend isn't trying to buy a bentley manual either cause the car is so close to being running that he doesn't wanna have to wait for the book to get here.

    hell yea man thanks alot!! my friend said that should help he can atleast check if power is going to the ecu now, i'll let you know if i need anything else

    hey man if it wouldn't be to much trouble i was wondering if you could send me some more of the pinout .......i need where the oxygen sensor goes to the ecu, i need where the obd2 port goes to the ecu, and i need the input or output for the tach. Where it goes to the ecu. thanks alot man

    thanks for posting this pic up, because of that my 24v 2.8 has fired up! pin 21 went to no where! massive weight off my shoulders..

    Only 24v & R32's seems to need that pin for some reason...

    Either way I'm glad its working
