This n00b has taken damn good care of his car.

It's the perfect car for a VR swap!

I still own the original wheels. At this point I haven't considered parting with them.

      Thanks!

Don't sell it man. We can always bring basket cases back to life as project cars. There's not many like this left, and it'll eventually end up in the hands of a "stance kid" who'll destroy it.

Your advice is excellent, believe me the fear of a "stance kid" is ever present.

As someone who just sold his 2-owner, '91 T-red 16v GTI over the summer, I'll be the first to comment on price... ready...

I hope you get every cent of $5,800.00 for it. Looks to be well worth it.

Why does it have an instrument cluster from an 8V GTI??

You should ask $8000 for it. At least.

Or dont sell it at all...GLWS anyway.
Someday I will post something stupid here, but not yet.

Looks great and reminds me of when I bought a new '91 GTI after graduating college.

Good luck with the sale, beautiful example of a stock Mk2.

Wow. What a nicely preserved car. AND it's local to me.
