been wanting to do this forever. the Jetta is due for massive body work, and i want metal, widened rear and front fenders, some smoothing.
not long ago i saw a guy posting some all metal work on a Cabby, but i can't find the thread. even extended the front air dam all metal. tips and ideas appreciated, pretty much want to compile all the ideas into a solid plan. cos so many petiole do so many things differently.
have access to it all, so just looking for some visual references and methods to make this a solid work.
and yes, wide body for a wider track.. 450whp+ mki gli...

I also have been thinking of making wide side flares or basically a metal berg cup kit. i have a urethane front airdam i want to use also. i have been trying hard to get the jetta running right before i start hard into making the flares. it also helps i work in a sheet metal shop and i have all the equipment needed to make them.
keep it posted on how your doing![]()
