He bought it from a junkyard as a roller for like $300 or something obscene like that, he bought it with the intention of building a budget Pro-Touring project, trying to make it come in at under $5k or something like that... Well, a built LS7 (I believe), and a few other bits later, he's gone a bit over budget haha, but its an absolute monster.

A few of those details might be a bit off (exact dollar figures, LS7/LS6, might be twin turbo, etc), everything I just said was from memory, but its reasonably close to the story behind the car. I looked for a link to the build, but I couldn't find it.

*EDIT* Well this should keep you all occupied for awhile, found the build thread.

And for those checking my answers, I wasn't too far off. He spent $400, not 300 on the shell. And it has an LS3 stroker, not an LS7. But I mean, whatever, close enough.

I've seen those. They aren't bad at all either. I just want a staggered look and really like the aggressive curves ov the Avant wheels, plus I got my Avant wheels on order

I read through the build thread on this thing. It's insane! After he crashed it into a wall, it also looks much nicer with the rear end trimmed up, a better front bumper, and a factory rear bumper. He did all the fab work himself.

If you get too close he'll literally blow your doors off!

Yeah, you know you're going to lose in a situation like that, but hey, you get a serious CSB!
