just got a gopro and learning to edit videos with powerdirector. video isn't the most exciting, but any C&C is welcome. basically me driving around chicago with some cool fog/sunset thrown in.
Essentially it's just a snap shot. The GoPro really isn't meant to be a film making camera. It's a snap shot, or limited use camera.
If you're going to use your GoPro and learn to edit, think outside the box. There are plenty of things to point a GoPro at that aren't cars, driving, cycling, skiing, boarding, etc. Those videos have been done. Now do something different.
Mix some GoPro video with other video sources, say your phone. Or whatever. Low grade video can be interesting, you just have to work with the material.
