The Bad:?
Has some minor scratches and dings on exterior - Clear Coat is peeling on Hood -

AC Compressor Dead - I had a new (Shorter) serpentine belt installed to isolate the AC compressor out

Interior - some cup holders missing, was a family van - so not perfect -

Needs a battery - Starts right up - but Battery not holding charge

One engine airflow hose needs to be replaced ($150) installs with two clamps

Transmission - hits second gear hard when driving slowly - every Eurovan owner I've ever spoken to, told me the same.
