Well guys, it's that time of year again; time for the All Florida G2G crew to begin its journey into creating the event. This year promises to be bigger, better, and a lot more fun for everyone. We are, however changing things up a little. Last year we had tossed around the idea of getting money together and donating to various local and national charities in the area. Well it didn't quite work out how we had hopped, and we ended up not having anything to donate. This year we are making this a strong point and will be encouraging donations. Donating isn't for everyone, some people hate it, but keep those comments to yourself.

A few points worth mentioning...

• Food this year WILL BE HAPPENING!!! But there is a catch, it will be provided by the friendly folks from the Entertainment District. Which means NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK will be allowed on site. I know, some of you are moaning and groaning, but this beats not having any food.

• T-shirts this year will be handled ENTIRELY different. There will be no sort of prepay and picl up at the event. All orders will be processed through the USPS or will be placed and filled on location. I (itskohler) am looking for some shirt designs as well. If your design is picked, you get a free shirt. PM me for details. And to make sure credit is given where it's deserved, please let the person of the car you are using know that you are using their car. It was kinda funny handing a shirt to someone and them realizing it was their car.

• Sponsors will be receiving emails here shortly, and the list should begin populating fairly soon. If you would like to sponsor this event, know that ALL of the sponsors monetary contributions will be donated to charities. Email us for more information.

--We need a new logo and DJ The venue can find a free DJ, and we could re use last year's logo, but where is the fun in that?!

If you are or know anyone that is a DJ please send us their information. All Florida is about the cars and people in the region, so it only feel right to source our needs from the community.

We could reuse last years logo but we wanted to give the opportunity to some people to design a new logo for us. It's a great opportunity to get some free advertisement in. All artwork done for All Florida will be given credit.

-Concrete and special parking will be available to select few. Most spots will be for those who register early and for a select few "heavy hitters" in the region. If you think your car is a show stopper, send us an email or shoot us a PM.

Companies that supported the event last year will be given preference. All other companies will be given the chance to support this years event in the same way as those that attended last years, but just after the supporters from last year get back with us.

Yes, at today's meeting we discussed a 10-4 scenario. but the show will be mainly 11-3.

also, we will have discounted and preferred pricing on certain hotels, we'll provide more info later.
