Up forsale is my beloved 2004 R32. I love this car, the way it feels, drives and sounds, however I am opting to let the car go because of a future house purchase. More money in the bank allows me to have a better loan payment in the end, we all know how it works. I'd rather keep the car, but finances aren't going to let me keep two car payments and a house mortage.
I purchased this car in Jan of 2010 with 34,280 miles on the odometer. It was originally an East coast FL car, now residing on the West coast of FL. I am the 3rd owner and it currently has 53,713 miles on the odometer. All electronics work and the car starts and runs flawlessly. I've never had any issues with it what so ever.
Shortly after acquiring the car from the previous owner, I had the infamous coil pack failure. All coils were replaced by Suncoast VW in Sarasota, Fl, under the recall act at 34,495 miles. At 36,014 miles I had the Sunroof/Moonroof drains attended to due to the recall. At 40,155 miles I had the 40k miles service done. Inbetween scheduled services I have changed my own oil/filters, last one done at 50k miles with Euro Castrol Oil.
The R has an APR tuned ECU and flapper mod, which was done by the previous owner and a Cupra lip installed by me as well as the Bilstein/H&R springs it rides on. The car rides and handles great, although it could benefit from a Haldex controller, which was installed by me, then removed because of the future sale of this car.
VIN number is WVWKG61J84D128760 here is a link to the carfax report http://www.carfax.com/viewEmailRepor...3D&language=en. I'm going to be completely honest here, the car was in an accident, however, there was no frame damage. The passenger side fender, hood, bumper, grill and headlight were replaced. There are no issues with the car what so ever, looks and drives just like it drove off the lot.
I have both keys for the car, the APR owners manual for the tune and the factory leather VW R32 book that originally came with the car. I would rate the car as Good overall condition and I'm asking $15k for the car. The price is neogotiable to an extent and I am open to reasonable offers.
I forgot to mention that the car currently has an extended warranty until 2015 or 100k miles, whichever comes first. It is fully transferrable to the new owner and I will include at no additional cost to you, if I get my asking price. However, if I do not recieve what I am asking, I will remove it. The warranty was a 3k option I chose to cover my vehicle.
If you have any questions regarding the sale, price, or anything else pertaining to the vehicle, please pm me and I will respond as accurately as possible. Thanks for looking

Great car and nice owner. Described the car on the phone excactly as it was in person. Exterior in great condition, interior seats are in new condition, and interior was good too...normal wear. It drove solid, with tight steering, brakes, and suspension. Felt like it only had 53k on the clock. Almost stock so a great car to keep it that way or a solid platform to start a new project...like I was thinking of doing. If he had put it up for sale in december I would definitely bought it over the one I bought....especially now that i have to rebuild my supercharger.
cheers!

I had the vehicle inspected at VW for any potential purchaser. Everything checked out great. Only thing they found that needs attention is the front outer CV boots, as they are ripped. She'll be going into the shop for the repair this week or next. Price will increase slightly but but not tremendously. Let's get it moving!
