I used it for my mk3 jetta. it works good. it reads codes and engine conditions. like coolant temp, tps position, 02 sensor, maf sensor, im not sure what you can read for later models. Im assuming this is CAN network?

I have the obd wiz with wireless dongle. Not a bad piece of software. However i believe vagcom is alot better and more indepth.obdwiz is generic that will resd fualts codes from just about any car.Ive used it on my vw and audi.It reads and celars faults code no problem but you cant set readiness code with it and perform output tests and other thign like you can with vagcom.
If you guys want something on the cheap to read and clear faults codes lookup creader VI.ebay they are expensive but if you order straight form china i believe they come out to be under 100 bucks shipped.color display, large screen rear and clear fault codes. and handheld compact size.I am thinking about picking one up to have in the car.
