You loop the vacuum lines and leave it plugged in the connector to retain fuel trim levels.
As for the ECU, if this is for your 1997 - it is OBD2 and you will need a chip to eliminate the CEL.

plug this in electrically or does it have to be both electrically plugged in and the vac lines, while sai pump and combi are deleted to not affect the ecu?

Plug it back in, having it off disables fuel trims.

Ok cool I'll plug it back in... What to do with the vac lines? Or does that not matter?

I got it plugged back in, I ripped the wiring so I just guessed on which wire went where on the plug. Now I only have one SAI code instead of two.
17860 P1452 secondary air injection system: open circuit.
Am I good now? I noticed different afr's on start up. A bit more rich....
#14
Does this matter with the current c2 turbo software? I don't have the solenoid plugged in nor is the relay plugged in over by the battery and no CEL whatsoever.
#15
The current c2 writes it out if you got the "race" one. Do the vac lines have to go somewhere specific off the solenoid to affect the fuel trims?
Car feels a lot quicker and wavy better AFR's they are still a tad rich in higher gears going slow, flooring it. This maybe normal though... Say 40 in 5th and floor it I'll see like 10.9 AFR. I need that. Es chip!
