Yesterday I hit railroad tracks pretty hard in my '92 cabby and noticed something didn't seem right driving on my way home.

This is the drivers side front tire

    Passenger front

I'm not really sure what's wrong, or if I should even drive it to my mechanics house.
    Help?

I am guessing its a broken spring. Stock suspension I am guessing?

Which pic is how it "normally" sat before ? Its possible you moved/spun the coilspring in the upper/lower spring perch ? What do the strut bushings look like at the top of the strut towers under the hood ? Both wheels seem centered in the wheel wells so I'm not thinking a popped out or broken ball joint ?!

With 19 posts, and asking what could be wrong, I am assuming OP is not highly technical (which is totally OK). That being said, I doubt there are coil overs or other modified suspension its.

A blow upper strut mount is also a good guess though. All you need to do is pop the hood and compare the right, and left strut mounts. It should be blatently obvious if it is blown out better part of two inches.

My guess is still a broken spring....I am also guessing that it is original suspension.

The struts are being replaced next week anyway, but they are even.
And I was planning on buying raceland coilovers next week also so maybe now I have a reason to.

Yeah, no way in hell could I take the whole tire off :p

Taking the tire off means to remove the tire off the car as if you are changing a flat. Then inspect the suspension. I have seen broken Strut mounts cause that kind of "lowering" also, you can really notice a broken upper strut mount by the rod denting your hood
Grounds, Grounds, Grounds Replace them things.
Divorces, Great Coffee, and Electrics, all start with GOOD Grounds.

    Where are my grounds ?

I know what he meant, haha.

Thanks everyone~ I'm pretty sure I'll be buying new coilovers and such in the next week just not sure which kind yet.
