Anyone have a idea how to get a replacement? I have someone at competitive cyclist looking into it for me. I can't believe it's this hard to get a damn part for this bike.......

Is it an aeropost? If so I have gone through this before.
I worked with the guys at competitive cyclist and they got me in touch with the correct BMC rep. This was about a year ago, but the guy I dealt with was Alex Dossin -- alex.dossin AT bmc-racing.com

I needed a special bolt for the aero post on my Road Racer SL02 and was able to get the local BMC dealer to order it. It did take them a few days to find out what I needed and where to get it though.
