I recently mounted a display case in my bedroom for some of my diecasts- most of which are 1/18. Along with them in this pic are 2 1/10 RC cars and 3 1/43 VWs. Figured you guys might want to take a look. I may decide to mount a few more in various locations throughout my house.

    From top left to right:
1/10 Tamiya VW Beetle RC, 1/43 1949 VW Beetle, 1/43 VW Beetle w/trailer, 1/43 VW Bully Samba w/trailer, 1/10 Associated Nitro Dual Sport SCCA Mustang Trans Am body in pseudo Home Improvement Saleen Mustang livery

    1/18
    EMI McLaren F1 GTR longtail, McLaren F1 roadcar, Ferrari F2002(Schumi), BMW.WilliamsF1 FW22(Montoya)

    1959 Ferrari Testarossa, Ferrari F50, McLaren F1 LM, McLaren-Mercedes MP4/13(Coulthard)

Jaguar XJ220, Nissan Fairlady Z, 1999 Reynard Honda Champ Car(Montoya), 1998 Lola Ford Cosworth Champ Car(Andretti)

1952 VW Beetle convertible, 1955 Porsche 550 Spyder

1952 VW Beetle, VW Hebmüller, 1967 VW Beetle, McLaren F1 roadcar

display is an IKEA Besta with a few extra 'Inreda' shelves installed.

Those UT McLarens are worth good money.

I got $150 loose for the orange one alone.

The silver 300Zx is pretty rare too!

I've been told the EMI McLaren F1 GTR longtail is very rare. I picked it up in Minneapolis about 12 years ago. The Fairlady Z is a Kyosho; picked it up in Winnipeg in 1995. It was a bit pricey even back then. Right hand drive too.

Thanks, folks! Glad you dig the pics. I'm really digging the Besta shelf. I especially like that it's not very deep like so many other shelves.
