    What Mods would you reccomend?

    I take delivery of my 2010 Lux Limited v6 tomorrow! I want to do a few small things to make it non-stock... What would you guys recommend?

    It is already unique in that there are not many Lux Limited Tregs out there. It already has a body kit on it and a different looking interior from the other models. It has a color that is unique to the Lux limited package as well.

    are there any performance mods that are available for the VR6 engine?

    Not really and not with out dumping a lot of money into it. Either Turbo or Supercharger, neither of which will be cheap. Remap or chip is not going to give you anything worthwhile of the cost of the mod. Exhaust does not give a whole lot for the money either. If you can put all of the above together you may get something out of it, but it is not really a serious performance motor. Hi flow intake alone will do little as well. Just not a lot available for that motor at all.

    thats what i thought... thank for the reply, the car is fun to drive as-is... I might lower it on custom 20's at some point

    The only thing I did to our 08 Treg was to add the aluminum door sills that say Touareg on them.

    2011 Reflex Silver CC Sport - 4300k HID's, DRL's off, 35% Tint, Vag-Com tweaks, Footwell lights, LED interior lights, debadged, extra bag hook, euro switch, rear fogs, fog lights retrofit LINK, clear turns.

    They were on clearance when I got them about a year ago. Paid about $60 total. VW part number 7L0-071-305, they are going for ungodly rates now though. $500+ which is just crazy for just an aluminum strip. Can also get them lighted for about $600. Might get lucky if you call around to your local dealers. They may have in stock at clearance price.
