    WTB: MK 3.5 Cabrio - 1999.5-2002 - Ideally Less than 6 hours from NYC or ? Meet?


    Want to Buy: 1999.5-2002 Cabrio .... MK 3.5

    Hopefully close enough to NYC to drive and get back in a day, but..flexible for right car

    Prefer 5 spd, TAN SPORT LEATHER INT but flexibility is possible

    Black or red would be nice with a black top, but you guessed it- Flexible!

    Prefer 99.5-2000 GLS Model or 2001-2002 GLX

    Getting ready to park the winter ride (vr6 Passat) and get into a MK 3.5

    Stock cars are fine. Dont need a million mods. Show me anything you got.

    Will consider low mileage originals, show cars or cars needing work
    but not looking to take on any failed or unfinished conversion projects.

    I want the 4 cylinder 2.0 for better gas mileage than my vr6

    This will be my summer daily driver and I'm willing to do some fixing myself if necessary.

    But nothing SUPER UBER expensive or anything over a million miles! Thanks

    EX- Found a nice original with 40k miles but the 10k Price Tag was way to steep.

    Also found another one with 280k miles for $1k but it needed EVERYTHING!

    Might consider a VR 6 Swap if done right and no issues

    Drove some stock 4 cylinders with a stick and they are S L O W.....
